# COR Solutions Services Limited — canonical legal templates changelog

Public canonical legal templates published at https://legal.corsolutions.co.uk/.

URLs are immutable — once published, a versioned URL never changes content. New versions get a new URL.

## v4 — initial canonical publication

- Published: 26 June 2026

- https://legal.corsolutions.co.uk/sow-msp-service-v4.pdf — MSP Services SOW v4
- https://legal.corsolutions.co.uk/sow-website-v4.pdf — Website and SEO SOW v4

Key decisions baked in: 4-tier architecture (generic MSA + generic SOWs + bespoke Client Profile + bespoke Pricing Agreement); pricing in the Pricing Agreement (not in public SOWs); single-signature execution; Companies Act 2006 s.82 compliance on every page footer; UK legal style typography (Times New Roman serif, 11pt, 1.5 line-spacing).

## v5 — layout refinement (tight margins)

- Published: 26 June 2026
- https://legal.corsolutions.co.uk/msa-v5.pdf — Master Services Agreement v5
- https://legal.corsolutions.co.uk/sow-msp-service-v5.pdf — MSP Services SOW v5
- https://legal.corsolutions.co.uk/sow-website-v5.pdf — Website and SEO SOW v5

Change: page margins tightened from 22mm top / 20mm sides / 28mm bottom (regular pages) to 12mm top / 14mm sides / 18mm bottom (regular pages); first-page top margin from 32mm to 22mm. Discipline locked in cor-legal/CLAUDE.md, in-house/_tools/README.md, and the no-fabrication / no-emoji disciplines under feedback_compact_pdf_margins. Substantive contract content unchanged from v4. v4 URLs remain accessible at their original paths for any reference, but current.json now points to v5.

## v6 — service-commitment audit

Change: Website SOW Service 2 and Service 3 audited for fabricated commitments. Pete had not authorised quarterly SEO reports, monthly on-page SEO work, technical SEO audits, GSC/GA monitoring commitments, initial SEO baseline audit, "analytics installation" in Service 2 setup, or specific change-request volumes. Service 2 setup no longer claims to include SEO/analytics work. Service 2 Fair Use framing applied to content change requests and design adjustments. Service 2 "routine backup" reframed as repository version control (Git is the backup). Service 3 entirely rewritten with honest deliverables: GSC/GA setup at start, ongoing advanced SEO using Google APIs + BigQuery, quarterly optional progress meeting. SEO add-on services (backlink analysis, backlink building, citations, LLM mention monitoring, GBP management) listed as out-of-scope of the base Service 3 — separately quoted. Substantive MSA and MSP SOW content unchanged from v5. Discipline updated: commitment-vs-advisory distinction added to the no-fabrication rule.
